Operational Scaling and Productization

This unit guides learners through designing scalable operating models, converting manual processes into automated, cloud-enabled workflows, and preparing data and team structures for repeatable product delivery. Students will also learn methods for assetizing solutions, establishing stage-gate tracking, and assessing and sourcing talent to support scaled operations—building on earlier validation work and preparing for market launch and execution.

• Analyze and compare operating model design options and select an approach that aligns with a venture’s strategy, resources, and stage of growth
• Apply automation and cloud migration principles to convert manual processes into code-driven workflows, including determining cloud dispositions and an appropriate migration approach
• Evaluate data readiness and establish data product pods and an assetization strategy to enable solution reuse and accelerate development
• Demonstrate the ability to design a stage-gate tracking process and perform a talent gap analysis with actionable plans for sourcing and redeploying internal talent
