Foundations of AI Value Creation

This unit introduces foundational concepts and frameworks for creating business value with AI, covering how to identify opportunities, overcome common challenges, and integrate AI into enterprise operations. Students learn to apply use-case approaches, data-value frameworks, trust and explainability principles, and basic project-management and technology requirements to prepare executable AI strategies and pilot projects.
