This capstone unit synthesizes customer-centered UX methods with AI collaboration practices to generate and document novel AI-enabled product concepts. Learners apply bookending and prototyping techniques to create mobile copilot and Life Clock designs, prepare developer handoffs, and define data‑science collaboration and change management artifacts for iterative implementation.
