Becoming Irreplaceable in an AI World

This unit develops the human capacities and practical strategies learners need to be irreplaceable partners with AI, emphasizing critical thinking, resilience, ethical awareness, and social skills. Students analyze AI-driven risks (distraction, addiction, misinformation), practice adaptive relearning and the first-month action steps, and design personal and organizational approaches to trust, responsible AI use, and leveraging complementary human capabilities (humics).

Learning Objectives

• Analyze common AI-driven distractions, sources of misinformation, and addiction triggers by evaluating real-world examples and assessing their impact on individual performance and organizational trust
• Apply strategies for resilience, relearning, and an AI-growth mindset by creating a 30-day personal action plan with measurable milestones for adaptive mastery
• Demonstrate effective human–AI partnership on tasks requiring critical thinking, creativity, and social abilities by completing collaborative activities that document role boundaries and ethical safeguards
• Evaluate business roles and practices to define ‘IRREPLACEABLE’ capabilities, identify complementary human skills (humics), and propose at least two organizational changes to foster trust and responsible AI adoption
