Introduction to Microsoft 365 Copilot

This unit introduces learners to the role of AI in the workplace and the core capabilities of Microsoft 365 Copilot, including when and why organizations adopt it. Students will explore foundational AI concepts, evaluate Copilot Studio user scenarios, and prepare and present a concise business case to inform implementation decisions in subsequent units.
