It builds on foundational modeling and documentation skills from earlier units and prepares learners to lead BIM adoption, measure ROI, and continue professional growth in industry and government contexts.
Learning Objectives
- Analyze contractor supply chain, procurement options, and government/agency drivers to recommend BIM-enabled procurement strategies for a construction project
- Apply file-sharing, model-viewing, checking, and administration tools and interoperability protocols to establish a collaborative BIM workflow for multidisciplinary teams
