AI Ethics and Industry Impacts

This unit examines ethical considerations when using generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT), explores AI’s potential effects on the financial services industry, and introduces principles for developing interactive AI interfaces. Students will consolidate learning through summaries and formative checks that prepare them to apply these concepts in subsequent, more advanced modules.
