Deploying and Evaluating Copilot Solutions

This unit guides learners through building, testing, and demonstrating a Microsoft 365 Copilot plugin and quantifying its business impact. Students will prepare stakeholder reports on ROI, finalize the plugin implementation, and produce recommendations for deployment and next steps.

Learning Objectives

• Analyze quantitative and qualitative metrics to calculate and report the ROI of Copilot integration for a defined business scenario
• Create a functional Microsoft 365 Copilot plugin that meets specified requirements, including proper configuration, API usage, and security controls
• Test and debug the Copilot plugin using unit, integration, and user-acceptance test cases, documenting defects and resolution steps
• Evaluate implementation outcomes and communicate final recommendations and a deployment plan to stakeholders
