Scaling Agile and Organizational Enablement

This capstone unit covers advanced practices for scaling Agile across teams and the enterprise, including governance frameworks, meaningful metrics, team structures, automation, AI augmentation, leadership behaviors, and common transformation pitfalls. It builds on foundational Agile skills from earlier units and prepares learners to lead, assess, and sustain authentic Agile transformations and transition support in real-world settings.

Learning Objectives

• Analyze organizational metrics, team structures, and workflow bottlenecks to identify improvements in predictability, performance visibility, and investment control
• Apply Agile frameworks and industry tools (e.g., ICAgile, Disciplined Agile, Business Agility principles) to design a transition plan that includes product goals, roadmaps, and automation opportunities
• Demonstrate leadership and team-enablement practices that cultivate psychological safety, developer versatility, empowered Product Owners, and higher team morale
• Evaluate the maturity and authenticity of Agile adoption using the Agile Litmus Test and related indicators to recommend corrective actions (including AI resources, restructuring, or training) to avoid faux-Agile outcomes
