Digital SAT Test Skills & Logistics

This unit develops practical skills for the Digital SAT, including navigating question formats, using the Bluebook app to type and submit answers, targeted math review (trigonometry and graph data), and managing test-day logistics and accommodations. Students apply strategies under timed conditions, practice with peers, and prepare registration and special-needs procedures to transition into a full practice test in Unit 4.

Learning Objectives

• Analyze common digital SAT question formats (multiple-choice, student-produced responses, and on-screen tools) and select evidence-based strategies for answering each format
• Apply Bluebook app functions and keyboarding techniques to accurately enter, edit, and submit answers while navigating the digital interface under timed practice conditions
• Demonstrate solution strategies for SAT math topics covered in this unit (trigonometry, measuring and interpreting graph data, and refreshed algebra skills) by correctly solving representative problems within allotted time
• Evaluate and implement test-day procedures and supports, including registration steps, snack and item policies, responding to adverse conditions, time-management techniques, and processes for requesting and using accommodations
