Foundations of Enterprise AI

This unit introduces the business, technical, and social foundations of adopting AI across the enterprise. Students survey demand signals, identify AI in real systems, examine data and compliance implications, and practice communicating AI capabilities, limitations, and results to stakeholders to prepare for technical design and implementation in subsequent units.
