Human-Centered AI Implementation

This unit focuses on translating human-centered AI principles into practice for businesses, families, and educators. Students will learn to maintain AI literacy, mitigate bias and privacy risks, implement explainable and safe AI, and create a roadmap to become irreplaceable through strategic, ethical AI adoption.

Learning Objectives

• Analyze ethical, bias, privacy, and trust risks in AI applications and recommend specific mitigation strategies aligned with safe-AI and explainability principles.
• Apply explainability techniques and privacy safeguards to design a prototype business workflow or policy that improves transparency and protects stakeholder data.
• Demonstrate strategies to maintain AI literacy and adaptability by creating a 90-day onboarding and learning plan for employees or learners that addresses distraction, tech addiction, and intergenerational needs.
• Evaluate and construct an IRREPLACEABLE business roadmap that integrates human strengths (Humics), bias elimination, phased AI implementation, and measurable first-three-month actions to sustain competitive advantage and trust.
