This unit guides students through building, styling, and debugging a small web application using HTML, CSS, and introductory Ruby/Python snippets. Students will plan and decompose app features, implement tables and forms, and iterate using debugging strategies and community resources to prepare a working prototype.

- Analyze and apply common HTML tags and CSS selectors to create structured layouts, tables, and accessible styled forms for a multi-page web interface
- Demonstrate the ability to plan and decompose a small web application by producing wireframes, user flow steps, and bite-sized implementation tasks
- Apply debugging strategies and tools to identify, diagnose, and resolve syntax and logic errors in HTML, CSS, Ruby, and Python code within the app context
- Evaluate prototype functionality and user experience by testing form handling, styling choices, and workflows, then incorporate feedback and community resources to iterate improvements
